The Glam Boutik Policy

Hey Gorgeous!     

Please take a few minutes to read over everything you need to know about your upcoming lash service, from what to expect from me as well as what I except from you!

Please note this is a home based studio

Booking Appointments

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit via Venmo (@aviktoria) or Zelle (Aviktoria@theglamboutik.com) is paid to hold your appointment time- confirmation and location is sent once received. This deposit goes towards total appointment price!

    • Remanding balance is due at time of service (Cash / Venmo / Zelle accepted).

  • Lash services are not provided to those under the age of 16. Clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form

  • Please be mindful. I have own a very friendly cat. If allergic, please take proper medication prior to service.

  • Please arrive at Scheduled time, no earlier. Send TEXT when you arrive. Please, no guests.

Prior to Your Lash Appointment

  • Please arrive with ZERO makeup on or around eyes. Removal of makeup residue will delay service and will be charged a fee.

  • Fills on sets done elsewhere are not offered. Removals are offered free of charge if needed.

  • Avoid consuming caffeine prior to lashing – it will cause the eyes to flutter. Be prepared to take a nap, talking or moving during your set will not allow complete coverage.

Rescheduling You Appointment

  • I will do my best to accommodate requests. Please reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to original time as it may result in a late cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancelations, No-shows and Late Arrivals

  • If for any reason you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24 hour notice.

  • Last minute cancellations will be charged 50%  of the service. No-shows will be charged 100%  of the service.

  • Appointments following late cancellations/no-shows will not be confirmed until money owed from prior appointment is paid.

  • If for any reason are running late, please let me know by calling 516.554.0299 ASAP!

    • Late arrivals are serviced for the remainder of the allotted service time. Full coverage cannot be guaranteed yet full service price is required.

    • There is a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals later than 15 minutes are subject to cancelation.

Pricing Policy / Satisfaction Guaranteed

  • All prices subject to change. All product purchases are final. No exchanges or refunds on lash services.

    • If, for any reason you are unhappy with your set, please contact me within 3 days – I will be happy to provide a corrective appointment. These free of charge appointments must be completed within one week of the original appointment.
